A little about Aero Door. We manufacture, assemble and erect STEEL DOORS on AIRCRAFT HANGARS. We regularly work on military bases and other highly restricted areas. A clean background is required. We are a family owned business that was started by my Father in 1978. As of 2012 my brother and I have owned and operated the company. We are looking for highly qualified individuals that want more than a job.

Full time position

Looking for an experienced Iron worker that is willing to travel.
Looking for a person that is serious about their craft and takes pride in it.
Looking for someone that has experience leading a crew of Iron workers.
Needs to be able to work occasionally at Heights of up to 100′ off the ground.
Needs to know how to read a tape measure.
Needs to know how to operate tools such as a torch, welding machine both stick and mig, plasma cutter, torch, grinder and drill, etc.
Should be able to understand basic math.
Is willing to work hard everyday and to be a leader.
Must be willing to work 40 plus hours per week.
Health and dental benefits applicable after initial probation period has been completed. Pay rate is based on experience. Starting pay for Ironworkers with accredited welding certifications is $28/hour in town rate and $33.60/hr is the out of town rate.
