Jonathan Matthews

Jonathan Mathews is one of the two owners of Aero Door. He and his brother purchased Aero Door from their father (John Mathews) in 2012. Prior to owning Aero Door, he worked as a field installation superintendent, new project estimator and as a service technician. He has been working with Aero Door in some capacity since he was a teenager. His father brought him up to the fabrication shop on weekends to scrub the mill scale off steel beams prior to painting.

Jonathan constantly strives to improve the reliability, function, and capability of Aero Doors hangar doors. His voracious thirst for learning new ways to manufacture, install and service hangar doors has been a driving force in hangar door application and design. With over 25 years’ experience in the hangar door industry Jonathan brings the expertise, experience, and dependability that Aero Doors customers have come to expect.

When Jonathan isn’t working, he is spending time with his Wife and two kids, or doing anything outdoors. He really enjoys mountain biking, CrossFit and watching the Miami Dolphins.
